Return/Replacement/Refund Policy

Return Policy:

We dot dot accept returns unless the product damaged in the transport and dead on arrival. If the product is dead or not functioning as per the manufacturer description, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer for quick solution. To claim against the damage in transport or dead on arrival, customer should provide the video, at the time of opening the box. Please visit our Support Portal or call us to claim your replacement.

Replacement policy:

Product will be repalced with and against the same product, if it eligable for replacement, Most of the products comes under Manufacturer Wrannty, customers are requested to conatct the oribinal manufacturs for any kind of tech support.

Refund Policy:

We will issue the refund original payment method and soem exceptional cases we will accept the alternate refund method after verification of identity. Refund may take up to 5 to 7 Days.
